i was wondering if i could use silicone sealent to attach plexiglass baffles to my 29 gal sump tank. will the chemicals affect the tank if i rinse it somehow?

make sure you're using 100% silicone and that it's completely cured before using it and it will be fine.

I used Marine Goop from home depot, works great.
