it IS NOT the same thing.
you want kyolic extract. it is a bit more than garlic juice but you only need a couple of drops and it lasts forever.
kyolic is the best choice by far. and garlic extreme is kyolic extract, grocier garlic juice is a far cry from it. There is a very big difference in concentration AND effectiveness.
