Single pump Two tanks

I have a question. I have a 90gal main tank and a 40gal refugium. My main tank is in one room and my refugium is in a other. I have a pcx55HP, that i have to turn way down because my overflow cannot keep up. Is there a way to do the pumping so i run my the pcx-55hp at full power and can the flow i need. My main reasoning i want a single pump operation is because this is my parents tank and i want to keep it simple for them. If anybody can help, can i get a diagram of the pumping required.

you can T off of your return plumbing to return a portion of the water back into your fuge.

My outlet for the main is at 4ft 5in and the inlet is 3 ft 8in. The line has to go 6infrom the floor then back up to 3ft8in. Will this set up work or should i just the run the pcx-55hp closed loop and get another pump to recircalate the refugium to main tank. So basically run two separate systems.
