Six Line Wrasse?

I just purchased a sixline wrasse and I decided not to quarantine him since I had seem him healthy in the pet store for 3 weeks, but today he looked fine and healthy, but when i turned my room lights on he was hiding and looks like he had spun some kind of web around him then he started swimming into everything like he couldnt see. Is this just because the room was dark all a sudden there was light. I just have never seen a web like that. He ate today and looked fine swimming through the rocks and stuff...

He looked so healthy today I love him
He darts in and out of places I would have never dreamed a fish going. HIs eyes are cool!!!

Any tips on keeping these healthy and happy.
I have a 29g with 35 lbs of live rock. 55 lbs of sand 4 inch sand bed. cpr bakpak 2r penguin bio wheel 330,
1 false percula and 1 cleaner shrimp. 4 scarlet hermits. 2 snails. 1 emerald crab.. 65 watt smartlight pc...

One good tip for all your fish is not to startle your fish by turning the lights on when they've been in complete dark.
Don't underestimate fish stress as a major causation for fish disease or ill-health in fish.
