Its a Mandarin Goby - Psychedelic.
Still one of my all-time favorites.

PODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They need a very established tank with lots of LR. I have a 55 with almost 180LBS maybe more. Tank was up for almost 18 months before I added him, and had pods galore visable at night with the lights off.
