I only have 2 fish right now, a 6 line and a royal gramma. They dont seem to bother each other at all. In fact they almost seem like friends. That is unless they both go for the same piece of food, then they just have a quick stare down and thats it. I think youll be fine, they both seem pretty peaceful in my experience.

Did you add them at the same time? if not what order? from my experiences sixline's are extremely territorial and should be added last.

i hv a 6 line 1st, then added a royal gramma later on. they get along fine except the occasional stare down as stated above. imo, the royal gramma is more aggressive compared to my 6 line. with enough liverocks, they should do fine.

I've been reading up a lot lately on aggression and small fish like sixlines, grammas, firefish, and pseudochromis. There is anecdotal evidence of every one of those fish terrorizing every other fish, so its hard to make a concete statement on what's going to happen.
I think the relative size of the fish, tank size, and individual temperament of the fish matter more than the individual species.
In other words, small tank increase aggression, bigger fish increase aggression, and an individually nasty fish (watch its behavior before you buy it), are going to have a bigger effect than whatever species you buy.

My 6 line is a psychotic murderer. He has some serious issues. Few weeks ago I added a leopard wrasse (R.I.P), he threw him out of the tank. I know, two wrasses in a tank bad idea, but my other six lines were fine. Today I added a flame angel, 2 twin spot gobies, and a gramma. Well he won't touch the angel, but sure wants to let him know that he is the boss. He picks on the gobies, and wants to kill the gramma.
