Size of Cleanup Crew

I'm currently in the "research" stage of setting up a saltwater tank. The tank is 36 gallons, and will have roughly 40 lbs of live rock. The substrate will be 1 inch of live aragonite sand. The primary hosts will be a pair of seahorses, though I may add a couple of other passive, slow moving fish later in the future.
I've been reading up on what species I should include as the "cleanup crew", but am having trouble finding recommendations on how many I should get. Here is a list of what I was thinking:
Nassarius Snails (6)
Bumblebee Snails (2)
Trochus Snails (2)
Cowry Snails (2)
Peppermint Shrimp (4)
Cleaner Shrimp (2)
Is this too much, or not enough? Also, I plan on introducing these once the tank has fully cycled, before adding the seahorses. Should I then feed the shrimp or snails anything right away, and if so, what? I assume the frozen mysis would make a good meal, though I'm not sure.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
