Just wondering what the gph is on a 1900 l/hr pump is.
How close do I have to size a return pump and can you valve them off with a ball valve to throttle them back? If so could it be made of brass?

1900lph is 500gph. I personally turn my water over 10 times a hour. But it's suggested anywhere from 5 to 10 times a hour. And yes you could use a ball valve to back the pump down. But do not use brass. Home Depot and lowes carry all diffrent sizes in PVC. The brass will surely carode in no time and pollute you tank.
