Skimate accident

I was doing my routine wc today and i removed the collection cup to be cleaned and accidenlty spilled some nasty gunk back into my sump.Has this ever happen to anybody and if so was there any serious cosequences??

Ok thanx jackri. I wasn't too worried bout ,wasn't even goona ask but i wanted to be on the safe side.I figure the 30g of new water would dillute it out anyways.

It's obviously something you don't want in there but I don't see any harm. I've had mine collection cups overflow a full cup of gunk back into the sump until it was clear.
