Skimmer adjustment?

I just read the post on the Ramora collection cup filling with water....I bought one yesterday and am having the same problem......I read a thread that said adjust the skimmer.....there are not any instructions that indicate how to adjust the Ramora Pro....and I have been on the website with nothing to help.......I did water change today and did not add back any stress coat which they indicate is causing all the tiny bubbles....If the Ramora is "adjusting" then should I keep running the skimmer I had on too just until the Ramora quits overflowing in the collection cup?? :notsure:

Do you have the o-ring installed on the skimmer cup. Slide the o-ring down to raise the cup. I have never had a problem with my cup filling with water and have been running the skimmer for a year. If you had been using stresscoat it may just take a while to get it all out of the tank.
