Skimmer Attacking BTA

So I got home after classes today and looked in my tank and my BTA moved (has been moving for a week or so, just added him) and a few of my BTA's tentacles are sucked into the skimmer's intake tube (HOT nano skimmer w/clear tube) they aren't damaged and the anemone keeps pulling them out and they keep getting sucked back in. I am not sure what to do because the position of my tank (45degree angle in the corner) I can't really relocate the skimmer. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should do?

Put a sponge filter or filter media around the intake .

Thanks, I found a way to move it though so its on the other side of the tank, I just had to move a few other things around as well. Hopefully the BTA will stop moving around soon. It stays in the same local area but moves around from day to day. Right now it has positioned itself to get the full blast of my powerhead so maybe that will satisfy its needs.
