Skimmer pump dead

The pump in my ASM skimmer decided to not generate bubbles after I plugged it back in upon finishing a water change. I'm a bit concerned about dissolved O2. The LFS that I bought it from has ordered a new pump, but it won't arrive until Monday.
I normally run the skimmer 24/7. I'm using a wet/dry fliter/sump. Do you think I should put an air stone in the sump or just let things go as is until Monday?

ASM pumps are known to die overtime if you don't upgrade them to the next size. For example, I have the ASM G3, and run the Sedra 7000 pump instead of the Sedra 5000 that most places sell with it.
You should be fine without a skimmer until Monday, especially if you just did a water change.
