I just purchased a seaclone 100 for my 29 gal reef and I was wondering if any of you know how to stop the all the tiny air bubbles from flowing back into the tank and if that was even normal. The bubbles make the tank look dirty.

I think this is a common problem with he sea clones, I also have a sea clone 100, and ran into the same problems .for the first few days it was pumping out lots of tiny bubbles, but after a week or so ,the problem cleared up. hope this helps.
I have a seaclone too. Try adjusting the air valve until you just barely have a "tornado" in the tube..you will still have bubbles but it should clear up in a day or so. After the bubbles stop..open the air valve more until you start to see bubbles...repeat until you have the adjusting screw completely off. This will take anywhere from a few day to a week.
