Skimmer Question??

Just bought a CPR skimmer for my FO tank. Is there a break in period before you start seeing "stuff" in the skimmer cup?? Just started it yesterday and don't see anything happening.

yes there is a break in period on all skimmers. some break in faster then others depending on the bio load of your tank. Mine took a couple of days before producing anything but after that gunk is coming out almost constantly.
I have heard it can take a couple of weeks and if your tank is new it can take longer then that.
