Skimmer Question

I've been cycling my tank for about 3 weeks. When I finally setup my lighting, I notice that my skimmer is releasing fine bubbles through the discharge tube. I have a typhoon hang on skimmer. Is it normal for it to do that? Would it bother the fishes later on?

If you are doing a Fish only than no but if your doing a reef tank than I would give it a little longer for it to break in and it should stop if not than I would start playing with it. but for now since it is still new I would just let it go
