Ok I put in this saphire skimmer just a couple hours ago. This skimmer itself works great when the water level is just right Igot it working ok now but i cant let the skimmer sit all the way at the bottom of the sump. But I assume that this was how it was suppose to work. Anyone have any insight on this. I could use some help please. Thank you.
