Many people are satisfied with the Reef Octopus or MSX skimmers. MSX and Octopus are the same skimmer and great skimmers for the money. The MSX 160 would do you well.
If money is not a problem look into ATB skimmers. Their Small Cone Skimmer would work well for your 125. I think they are one of the best skimmers made.
