skimmer Question

Hi,

I am down sizing my tank into a 22 gallon zero edge!!
yay! well i know that they dont get much flow, so i want a large skimmer to keep up with the small bioload (a pair of percula clowns and maybe a blenny) and not have any slime algae. the total water volume will be about 40 gallons, so I was thinking about the vertex in series skimmer rated up to 80 gallons. good skimmer? good choice? thanks in advance

I know as a rule bigger is better, but from what I read, not so with skimmers. As I understood it, in a big tank it takes just so much scum before it accumulates to be removed, so in a small tank that magic amount may never be there and so never skimmed out, get one for your size tank.
