Skimmer selection

Tomorrow is my birthday, and I am going to be getting a new skimmer. Right now it's gonna go on my 20 gl but soon going onto my 38 g cube. It needs to be a hang on back model and can't go in a sump. I need to get the best one a can for about 100 bucks. What model should I get? What have you guys heard good reviews on, an what do you know from experience?

I just got the Corallife Super Skimmer (I have the 125, but they make a smaller one that I think retails for less than $100) I can't talk about how it works long term, but it was incredibly easy to set up and start skimming. I did a good amount of reaserch and the general consensus was that this is a great skimmer for it's price.
