I built a DIY in sump venturi skimmer for my tank and it does not create foam, i am using the built in veturi on my penguin 1140 power head and the bubbles are to big, the size of my skimmer 6" by 18" reaction chamber with cup attached it stands 24" high. i built it using a similiar design from precision marine . if i need more pump how do i calculate and what would be a decent venturi to create the desired mico bubbles. i will attach links to pics of my skimmer if any other info is needed please let me know.
