u know the foam on the oceans water? thats the natural skimmer. it takes the nitrates from the water. for a 10gal u dont need one. i dont have one on my 10gal sea horse tank. just make sure u keep up on the water changes.
Your tank and any tank regardless of FO or reef tanks can benefit from the use of a skimmer....You don't need anything huge, but a small HOB would work. Have you checked out the Prizm skimmers?
no because i have two filters on my fresh water tank and i thought that u could u se the sam ones i was palening on gettin a powerhead to do u think that will work
