Are Odyssea Skimmers any good

I have heard they are not, keep this in mind, most times you get what you pay for. I have a DAS and love it.

Ok, well im planning on getting me one of these octopus skimmers are they any good, there like 150 dollars. To me that seems good for the price

Yeah, I've heard a lot of good things about them as well and I'm likely getting the 200 model for my 180g SPS tank. I've been told (and read on other forums) that they outperform skimmers that are rated for much larger tanks.
