I just bought my first protein skimmer, I figure that its a cheap one...since it only cost me $40. Its a Lee's NO. 17105....i can't seem to get the foam to go to the correct line..i've followed instructions...and tried adjusting it several times...any help would be greatly appreciated. A little FYI...I'm just getting into saltwater and have cycled my tank, Its small (29 gal) and i have 3 damsels, an arrow crab, and a few blue leg hermits....i'm also looking for suggestions on some other things to add...besides a new tank....cuz i know i'd like a bigger one!

you should set it and forget it for a while ,save some money and buy a different one if your going to stay in the hobbie
