skimmers FMI (for my information)

I hooked up a skimmer 2 days ago and the cup is getting full. Do you shut off the skimmer to take the cup off? It is taking out some nasty stuff and I don't want it flowing out. Is this ok?

doesn't really matter....if you are pulling out that much, you really should look into another holding device past the cup.
