skin problem

I have a jewel damsel in a 75 gallon tank. Introduced fish 6 days ago and today I noticed this problem on its left side only. Looks like its scales or actually missing or discolored. It seems to still eat and act normal, and none of the other fish seem to have it. I also have a flame angel and I noticed that it might be bullying the damsel sometimes. That is the best photo I could get. I dont know what it is, so HELP!

Could be lateral line disease. It can be caused by stress and poor nutrition. What are you feeding them?
