Skunk Cleaner with Dark Brown Spots?

Our skunk cleaner has had some dark brown spots appear on his side lately. Not sure what they are so I was looking for advice. Any thoughts?

I would not worry. Mine have almost black spots on them especially right before they molt. That could be something that he just ate etc.
