got one of these yesterday and my sand looks great... but my tank is all cloudy because of all the sand this thing is sifting up.... is this normal for the first few days to get the dustiness off the top??

I have a banded sleeper. I had the same problem for about two weeks and then it was fine, not sure why. If yours is in a reef get ready to start dusting off your corals. I think mine goes out of his way to cover every coral in my tank.

My acan was completely covered this morning... so i hear ya already

got home and the acan was not only covered this time, but completely buried, with about a full inch of sand on top of it. Then got up this morning, and my colt coral was buried in a couple inches of sand, with just the top of it sticking out... im about ready to go fishing.
On the other hand tho, my sand looks beautiful.
