hey everyone;
i got a sleeper gold head goby abot 2 weeks ago. the first couple of days he seemed to be doing fine: swimming around picking up sand. but for the past couple of days hes always hidding, today i saw him and i noticed that he got really skinny. ive tried feeding him flakes, brine shrimp and shrimp pellets, but he never comes out to eat.
i have a 29G reef in progress, the water is fine except the temp is a little bit high (82-84) his tank mates are, a green chromis, clown fish, flame angle, a bunch of hermit crabs, one peppermint shrimp (had alot more but all disappeared ill leave this for another post) and one mantis shrimp which i keep inclose in a small container inside the tank. is his behavior temporary, or is he gonna starve to death.
i'll appreciate any advice that you guys can give.

the other fish are probably getting all the food before the little guy can eat. Try turning the lights out while you feed. He might have a better chance. Or try feeding near his cave, and the hiding is normal. They are kind of reclusive.
