It's most likely not going to die, getting rid of it would be an awful thing to do, esspecially when there's no real problem devloping with the anemone (from what I can see from the picture).
cozmo2312,
You should be aware that anemones have no real digestive system, thus why waste is forced through the central mouth. Un-eaten foods, such as scales, bones, etc. are not digested and must get out of the system. The only way is through the mouth. What you're observing is quite normal, and shouldn't take more than a few hours. It should inflate back to its full self within 24hrs. The waste should be sucked up via strynge or turkey baster and discarded. Unless the anemone appears to turn inside out, everything should be fine (I honestly couldn't tell by the picture if its mouth was simply open with waste coming out, or the organs coming out). If the organs were indeed coming out, it is most likely from when the anemone has eaten and been stressed by some other factor. It usually happens shortly after the anemone has been introduced into the aquarium. "The mouth opens wide and the body wall musculature contracts, forcing the filamentous internal structures to extend out of the mouth." In most cases, anemones do not recover from this. If it does not appear to return to normal, you would be best placing in it a Qurantine tank with slow currents, good filtration and strong lighting. If the anemone is going to make it, it should close up within a few hours.
Take Care,
Graham
