Slippery Dick Wrasse Info Requested

There is a fish at the LFS with the incredible name of "Slippery ---- Wrasse." [Even worse as puns go, it was in a tank next to something called a "hairy nut fish." I won't go any further.]
It doesn't look like the types of wrasse I am used to seeing. It has neither the shape of the lon fairy wrasses or the rounder shape of the leopard wrasses. It is about 4 inches long and is pencil shapped. It is all white except for a tail that has some blue and black stipes (the tail is a little bit fluttery). There is a fin that run all the way down from the head to the tail. The LFS said it was reef safe but could offer no further info on it. I looked for it on the "fish" section of SWF but couldn't find it.
Can anyone tell me about this fish?
I'd like to add it to my 90 gallon reef tank (that has clowns, yellow-tailed damsels, and a diamond goby). However I am hesitant to add anything I haven't researched.
Thanks for the info.

Halichoeres bivittatus (Bloch 1791), the Slippery ---- Wrasse (2),To almost nine inches in length. Bahamas, Cozumel, St. Thomas pix of juvenile and initial phase individuals below. Terminal/male phase at right in Bonaire.
Found this on a Google sesarch but the fish pictured looked different. This fish had a balck strip running down its side, no fluttey tail, and no blue or black on its tail.

I think they are reef safe, they change color but not really pretty in either phase and a little difficult to keep according to the web.

Yeah, just for making this post on the website I am probably subjecting myself to an endless stream of pornography now.
