What do I do when I see this beginning??? My porcupine puffer has ich, I raised the temp and added ich treatment and now he is shedding.....Is this ok????
I just did a 10% water change...

Don't raise the temp! Raising the temp is really a waste of time and harmful for fish. What is the temp in the tank now?
Give details about what you see wrong with the fish? The fish's skin is pealing?

The puffer showed signs of ich for two days and then he started to shed....His skin...I'm not sure, he is just shedding a layer of something.....
The temp in the tank was about 79 degrees...I was told you raise the temp to about 80-82 degrees so allow the ich to fall off and the other ich to hatch....Was I misunderstood??

No, that would be a complete waste of time and stressful.
Take a look at the post on ich in the FAQ Thread. Also there is the treatment.
What kind of tank do you have?
