small shrimps in filter?

I have very small whitish shrimps, curled on themselves, in my filters.
Are they good or bad. Sorry no pics (I tried but I'm to new to it).

Could be pods, or Mysis Shrimp. Both are benificial. It's kinda hard to tell without seeing them. Your pics need to be resized most likely. Google Ifran view, its a program that resizes pics.

I have found sometimes when I clean out the filters that the leftover brine and mysis gets caught in there..Is what it is supposed to do right? Yes, they could also be pods..Maybe a mixture of both..Pictures would clarify if you get the chance
