Small Star?

My friend sent me a pic asking for an ID. He only had a cell cam so the pic is a little blurry. He said it moves pretty fast. Disappeared before he could get a better pic. He doesn't have much LR and no corals. Hasn't added anything but fish for a few months. Any ideas? Bad, Good? Thanks.

Asteria (spelling may be off a little) most are harmless. they dont get much bigger.

Agree, most are harmless...always worth keeping an eye on, but most are harmless.
It is full grown.
