Small Tank Setup

What are some of the good filters that are on the market for setting up a small 10 gallon tank or smaller?
also one of those little tanks that have mostly just coral in them and maybe 1 fish, i don't know the name of them sorry.

Nano Reef. You really don't NEED a filter. If you are looking to do corals, you would need Live Rock, a Deep Sand Bed, and a good Protein Skimmer. If fish only, you could even do without the skimmer. Just keep the Bio Load low.

what kind of equipment do you recommend?

If you are going to do a Nano reef...you will need some type of high intensity lighting. Again...if you are doing a nano...will you be using some type of sump/refugium?
