small white spots on fish?help please

as everyone can see from my profile below i have a 30 gallon set up. today i got home from work and noticed 4 small white dots on my flame angel and one on my hippo.. what are they? parasites? if so treatment? how serious thank you. they are tiny small white round dots. very tiny like the size of a period ....... or smaller thank you

I dipped my copperband in fresh water for 10 minutes every other day for about 10 days and with some RO water changes, he recovered in 2 weeks. Good luck!
PS add some formaldehyde to the fresh water (2 drops per gallon) Its like $1 at your lFS
