small "wiggly" worm swimming in my tank????

i added a tiger cowry earlier today. just got home and there is now a small (about 1-2 cm) worm "swimming" in my tank... any idea what it is??
should i just leave it alone??

epitoke= bristle worms release epitoke=male and female=each have gammets eggs and sperm and release to spawn. they live only for a few days could be something else but if it goes zig zag really fast looks like a tiny worm most like epitoke

i had one in my tank too...it was abouy a half inch red and spinning all over my tank...i stuck in a net caght it and it looked like a small slimy centipede.
is it dangerous???
