Smallest Possible Size for a Seahorse Tank?

6 gallon would be absolute bottom, but I would think something in the 15-20g range would be approx same cost for start up and provide much better long term home.

get a taller tank for the normal seahorses(kuda,erectus,etc)...its recommended to get 3x their full height....as for smaller thanks you can get into 5 gallons etc with dwarf seahorses but they are a more difficult horse as they require live food 2-3 per day...i have them and they are a handful thats for sure...not hard if you have time for them, but if youre running around it gets tedious feeding.

Quick question, how long have you kept fish, and how much research have you done on keeping seahorses?

No damsels with seahorses....The dwarves will go in as little as a ten gallon you can have about 8 of them...Any thing smaller will be hard to maintain.
