smallest T-5

what is the smallest t-5? do they make like a pendant style? or one like the K2 halide?

Smallest t-5 I have been able to find is the 24". That is the smallest coralife makes and its just a strip light.

Fluorescent lights really don't come in pendants the way metal halides do. I suppose they come in hanging fixtures, but it would be more of a trough than a pendant.

SCSInet have you been to the georgia aquarium? if so how did you like it?

I have some 18 inch (counting caps and housing) units though they are satellite unreflectored units. Nova makes them. Should be easy enough to put a reflector between the housing and the bulb if needed.

Current makes the smallest...the Nova Retrofits...at 18".
I cant post the link, but go to the current usa webpage, under "light fixtures" and then click on Nova Retrofits.
I use 6 of the 24"...three 10,000K Slimpaqs daylights and three 460nm Actinic Slimpaqs...and they're fantastic.

Meh. A lot of people really liked it, but I was disappointed to see entire types of fish not represented at all. No wrasses, no triggers, etc. Plus, I saw a LOT of HLLE.
