well, the algae sheets are just junk food, because they alone can't sustain a fish
I feed all my fish flake spirulina, saltwater flake food, frozen mysis, frozen brine, and frozen spirulina. I mix Zoecon into all the food, which is supposed to be especially good for tangs and angels.
believe it or not, this tang is only 2 weeks removed from being covered by ich. the tank is currently on the 3rd week of hyposalinity to kill the ich.
