Snail behaviour?

Okay so I'm sitting here at my computer and I look over at my tank and one of my snails is up on its "hind legs" and is squirting white stuff up into the water out of the point of its shell. Anyone have any idea what's going on? I have included some pics to help identify the snail and you can see it squirting. I'm sorry if they are not too clear I have a cheap webcam Thanks for any help!

somebody has to say it....
maybe it's something we do in the bathroom. it might be embarrased at a camara. lol.

i usually turn on the water or fan...
