Snail Eggs??

I have several types of snails in my tank and in the past few days I have noticed tiny white/opague dots in clusters on my glass. Is it possible they are snail eggs?

Had them too..
In a short while, they will disappear in the bellies of your inverts....
One morning I turned on the lights and freaked out. a week later they all went awol...

Mine seemed to have hatched. All that's left is a little oring shape. Took about two weeks.
