Snail eggs

Looking over my tank I have found a little line of snail eggs, plus about 4-5 more that arent "lined up" like the rest.
I have 1 little certh snail, so i doubt its from that one,but i have too many nassarius snails so thats most likely. How long do they take to hatch and will I actually get little snails or something more like a slug at first?
Should I eliminate the eggs or let nature take its course?

I watched a Nass snail lay eggs on the glass last night, i'm curious to see what happens. Of course theres copepods around them and at first I thought they were pods eggs. I'll just wait and see.
