We have a turbo snail that is out of its shell. My wife called the pet store and ask a guy there. He told her he has never seen or heard of this. Does anyone know why it has done this. I did all the water checks and everything is fine. Also the guy said to try to get the snail to go back in by holding the shell under it but this wont work at all. BY the way the snail is still alive it is crawling all around the tank with no shell. Thanks for any info.

Are you sure it's a turbo? Did you see it crawl out of the shell? Could it be a stomatella snail?
