i cleaned my wet* dry filter, not the bio balls, and found hundreds of snail-like small creatures without shells. almost look like tiny leeches. anyone know what they are? and if they are good or bad?

Chances are they are just copapods.They are actually good for the tank,and a sign that your tank is doing well.
