snails and clown fish please help

i bought 6 black turbo snails i just found out they like cold water how can i keep both my clown and my snails at a safe temp or what would be a safe temp for both ?

from what im told, margarita snails dont do that great of a job,

I've found that any species does better acclaimating to colder temperature than adjusting to a warmer temperature. I would drop the temperature.
