whats the biggest snail out there! i want a really big one for my shark tank!

mexican turbo snail...u can buy a combo of 100 for about 90 bucks but still i think is gonna be the sharks meal !!!! :notsure:

i disagree although i could be wrong i beleive the mexican definantly stay smaller than the zebra turbo snails
heres a good comparison of my two fist size zebra rurbos in my shark tank
ALSO my shark doesnt evan bother with any inverts such as crabs or snails, he can care less about them and he is about 17" now!

wow thanks for the info! my shark tank is being taken over by algae and i need some snails to fix that.. so ill have to get some of both! thanks for the help!

if you have a shark tank im assuming its at least 180 gallons then why dont you get a kole tang, they will eat all of your alge beleive me!

i have on of the snails in the pic that is always on the outside of the tank, i wake up and have to find him on the outside glass and put him back in, every day we have to through the same thing

hahaha.. well maybe ill get the tang and the snail! it'll do a better job of keeping it algae free!and that's really funny about the snail thing!
