snails

:scared: 2 of my sanils have a black mound of somthing on there back,,,and when you look at it for a while a white noodle comes half way out of it,,,any ideas

some type of sessile worm mine had a clam or mussel on its back for a long time till a hermit ate it for the shell. since they move slow most of the time they can pick things up on there travels and can become a little ecosystem on top the snail.

thats cool, one of my turbos has a mini feather duster on it!

yeah same here...just mines kinda big...i was going to take my feather duster off it but i think its cool watching it. The black stuff on the shell I wouldn't worry about it.
