snails

I have lost five snails in the past 48 hours. My reef tank has perfect water conditions. corals are doing great as well as the fish. any ideas on what is happing?

Hey there Shrade, we need a lil more info about yer tank. What else do you have living in it. Also, please let us know exactly what your water measurements are. Maybe nothing at all is wrong in your tank, doubtful, but maybe just all 5 snails lived a very long life and all of em decided to keel over at the same time

How long were the snails in there? How were they acclimated if new? Any creatures that could be picking on them? What were all of your water test results? Perfect water does not kill snails. Probably no one has perfect water. The tests you ran may have had good results, but perhaps you did not run all of the necessary tests.
