Good morning ,
This is not really a fish question, but I live in New England and have just recently lost my dad who handled all the man stuff for me and I was just wandering does anyone have any idea what would be the better snow blower to buy . The one my dad had is to big for me ! My driveway is large but I would not have to clear the whole thing as I only have one car !!!!

Is the one your dad had self propelled? I am gimped and walk on crutches so I can't walk on snow which leaves it up to the wife. I got her a Poulan 2 stage which is pretty big but she has no trouble using it. I think it's 24". Probably wouldn't want to go larger than that.

I just bought this a couple months ago but Poulan seems to be pretty good. This is electric start too. Plug it into an extension cord and push a button. Another option should you have the need for a riding lawnmower is to get one with a snow blade attachment. Used that setup when I lived in Montana. Same thing with ATV's.

All work well. If it's legal to register an ATV for the street and you have properties fairly close together to plow that is the way I'd do it. Some lawnmowers have an actual snow thrower attachment rather than just a blade. Again, if you can get away with riding one on the streets or sidewalk to get from property to property that works too unless you get deep snow, then you would want a 4X4 ATV.
