snowflake and starfish???

can my snowflack live with a starfish....there was one at my LFS ...bright red and about 7-9 inches across...for only $12...but i was not sure if the eel would go after it....there are a few hermits in the tank but he never harms them ...he sometimes picks them up but never bites or tries to swallow....anyone ever have them together....

It can go together but there is a chance one day the snowflake will eat it. The Snowflake eats Crustaseans and Inverts. But ive seen Large Snowflakes at my lfs not eating large Choclate Chip Stars.
So its a toss up descsion

How big is your eel?? I'm not an experienced star keeper but I think they'd do fine since it's a good size. Water quality may be more of an issue than predation. It's hard to keep good wq in an eel tank.

We have kept a General starfish with 2 different SFE for the last year, we have had no problems...Lisa
